Funny thing - being away on Camp, I have had time to do some more baking. Bread, Bread Cakes (rolls), and this morning some Iced Whirl Buns.

Still had no luck with the sour dough however, tried boiled water and fresh spring water. The Leaven never appears to work. Had hoped the change of air this week would have done some good.

Need to find someone local to me - who this works for .

Any one for child care

Found three training weekend we like to go on. ! but non of them take into account that some parents need child care or activities for children Ahhhh !

And there it was gone !

Spent four hours making some focaccia.

Stuffed with Olives, ham and cheese. Took it to a friends for New Year.

It looked and smelt lovely, put it on a Kitchen work top. Only for their Dog to
eat it!
